Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING: Ships out within 1-3 days please allow up to 2-7 days for order to arrive at your doorstep (NOT INCLUDING SUNDAYS OR POST OFFICE CLOSING TIME)

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Ships out within 24 hours please allow up to 2-4 days for order to arrive at your door step (NOT INCLUDING SUNDAYS OR POST OFFICE CLOSING TIME)

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-35 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's batch.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
